As a tenant we recommend you take securing a property for rent very seriously, a few tips to help you.

1. Turn up like it’s a job interview.
2. Be open with your communication with the agent.
3. Be pleasant towards all parties.
4. Provide as much supporting documentation as you can.
5. Ensure you have advised the people you are using as references.
6. Request a written reference from your employer (this can save time)
7. Disclose any pets you may have (we know they’re apart of the family)
8. Know that your last property manager will need to provide a reference, you should try & have this in advance.
